According to the new Decree Law 3/2024, of May 24, of urgent measures of simplification and administrative rationalization of the public administrations we have returned to the previous regulations in the buildability of rustic land.
On a plot of land of 24,000 m2, a villa of up to 480 m2 (maximum volume 1,500 m3) can be built with an occupation of the land of up to 720 m2. The views are unobstructed towards a picturesque agricultural field on one side and forests on the other. The access is easy by an asphalted road near the Campos-Felanitx Road. It is an inland locality, although not far from the south coast of Mallorca with beautiful beaches of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes, accessible by car in 15 minutes. It is located 40 km from Palma and 26 km from Manacor. Nearby are the towns of Sa Rápita, Llucmajor, Felanitx, Santanyí and Porreres. Purchase and sale costs (notary, land registry and taxes) are not included in the price. The information about possible extensions and constructions will be more precise with the next pending georeferencing, which is also not included.
